Why does the Apple Watch not update immediately?

Apple Watch communication is controlled by watchOS and may not update every screen at the exact moment a timer is changed on the iPhone. LongTimer can provide updated data, but the system decides when some views are refreshed.

To refresh manually, open LongTimer on the iPhone and then open LongTimer on the Apple Watch.
