Can I change the notification sound or vibration?
Notification behavior is partly controlled by iOS and watchOS. Check the LongTimer settings, the iOS Settings app and the Apple Watch notification settings for available options.
Some sounds, vibration behavior or notification styles may be limited by Apple's system rules.
